How to set up Free Shipping Bar

Step 1: Access Free Shipping Settings​

  1. Open VenCorner Upsell Cross Sell from your Shopify dashboard.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Free Shipping, then select Create Rule.

Step 2: Understanding the Free Shipping Bar Interface​

You'll find two key sections:

  • Free Shipping Bar Settings – Customize your Free Shipping Bar’s appearance and functionality.
  • Free Shipping Bar Preview – See real-time previews for three stages: Initial Goal, In Progress Goal, and Reached Goal.

Step 3: Configure Free Shipping Bar Settings​

1. Free Shipping Bar Title​

  • Assign a name to your Free Shipping Bar.
  • Toggle its status between Active/Inactive.

2. Placement​

Select where to display the Free Shipping Bar:

  • Product Page – Shown on individual product pages.
  • Cart Page/Drawer – Displayed on the cart page or cart drawer.
  • Top/Bottom Bar – Appears at the top or bottom of any page.

3. Goal​

  • Set the minimum order amount required to unlock free shipping.
  • Ensure you’ve enabled Free Shipping in Shopify. If not, follow this guide to enable Free Shipping.

4. Currency​

  • Choose the currency displayed in the Free Shipping Bar.
  • To configure additional currencies, update your settings in Shopify Markets.

5. Message Configuration​

Define messages for different cart statuses:

  • Initial Goal – Shown when the cart is empty.
  • In Progress Goal – Displayed when the cart total is below the goal.
  • Reached Goal – Appears when the goal is met.

6. Upsell Products​

  • Select products to upsell via the Free Shipping Bar.
  • Available on Product Page and Cart Page/Drawer placements.

7. Call to Action Settings​

This option is available for Product Page and Cart Page/Drawer placements.

  • Add to Cart – Allows customers to add upsell products directly.
  • View Product – Redirects users to the product page for more details.

Step 4: Save and Preview​

  • Click Save to apply your settings.
  • The Free Shipping Bar will now be active on your selected placements.

Step 5: Enable VenCorner Theme App Extension​

  1. Navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize > App Extensions.
  2. Locate VenCorner Upsell Cross Sell, click Enable, then click Save.

If you’ve chosen Top/Bottom Bar placement, the Free Shipping Bar will now appear at the top or bottom of your store. If you selected Product Page or Cart Page/Drawer, you’ll need to manually add a Free Shipping Block. Follow this guide to add Free Shipping Block.
