How to enable Free Shipping on Shopify settings

Our app integrates seamlessly with your Shopify store without changing any of your existing settings. However, you'll need to manually set up the free shipping threshold in your store’s settings. It's important to adjust this for each market individually.

Step-by-Step Guide to Enabling Free Shipping​

1. Navigate to Shopify Settings:​

Start by going to your Shopify admin. Under Settings, select Shipping and delivery and then click on General shipping rates.

2. Select Your Shipping Zone:​

Scroll down to the Shipping Zones section. You will see two options: one for Domestic shipping and one for International shipping. Select the appropriate button based on your needs. Find the shipping zone you want to apply the free shipping rate to, and click Add rate.

3. Set Up Free Shipping:​

  • In the new modal window, choose Use flat rate for Rate type.
  • Select Custom for Shipping rate
  • Price will be the free shipping rate
  • Click on Add conditional pricing and then choose Based on order price
  • Set up your free shipping threshold in the Minimum price field
  • Click Done to save your changes
